William M. Mounger, II

Tritel Chairman and CEO

The Tritel culture centers around the goal that "our customers must be absolutely sure that they are the most important people in the world to us." As I observed TeleCorp, I saw a similar value system and culture of innovation. I knew the two companies together would be a powerful combination. If we can protect our core values, leverage each company's respective strengths and maintain our focus on the customer, then we will together build one of the best wireless companies in the world and have fun in the process.
